Harish brings nearly 30 years of expertise in real estate and finance transactions within the banking industry. He has advised on various commercial borrowing transactions across different sectors and is skilled in overseeing intricacies involved in real estate project approvals from banks, which includes conducting due diligence and preparing necessary documentation.

He in empanelled with several leading banks and financial institutions advising them on title to immovable property being offered as collateral in addition to advising on loan facility, mortgage, corporate guarantee and related documentation. He regularly advises several large corporates and real estate developers on property title, financing related documentation, commercial agreements, regulatory issues etc.

Harish brings a wealth of experience in managing a diverse array of commercial disputes, representing clients in civil courts and high courts. He has also been instrumental in assisting banks with their recovery proceedings, including cases before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.

Harish obtained his Bachelor of Law from University Law College (Bangalore University) and is admitted to the Bar Council of India.

Arvind brings nearly 20 years of experience having worked with numerous top tier law firms in the past.  He is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a focus on M&A and VC/PE practice in addition to general corporate advisory. He has several years of experience in the venture capital and M&A practice areas having worked with multitude of funds and companies on investment transactions at seed, growth and mature stages and having advising on numerous domestic and cross border acquisition, joint venture and collaboration transactions. His experience includes assistance on structuring of transactions, due diligence, advice on corporate law issues, drafting of documentation, negotiation and assisting with closing.

Arvind also regularly advises numerous small to large corporates on various areas critical to them as part of their day-to-day operations such as setting up business and obtaining licenses & registrations, wide range of regulatory issues, general corporate & technology related agreements, drafting varied types of commercial contracts, real estate property acquisition closure of operations etc.

In addition, Arvind’s recent focus has also largely included working with startups having advised several startups on fund raise, streamlining their regulatory compliances, structuring inter promoter arrangements, stock option related structuring, advice & documentation, employment law issues. Arvind actively collaborates with numerous accelerators and associations involved intrinsically in the startup ecosystem to conduct mentoring sessions, workshops and pro-bono activities all aimed at nurturing and supporting emerging entrepreneurs.

Arvind obtained his Bachelor of Law from University Law College (Bangalore University) and a Masters degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is admitted to the Bar Council of India and New York Bar and is eligible to practice law in India as well as New York, USA.
