The firm started with the initial focus on litigation practice and hence has a firm footprint in being able to handle a diverse spectrum of litigation and dispute resolution matters. We have handled debt recovery, creditor enforced liquidation & winding up matters for various financial institutions the firm is empanelled with and is regularly advising clients on numerous matters before National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT) and erstwhile Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT).
The firm continues to advise on commercial disputes for various individual and corporate clients with a special emphasis on obtaining remedy which are commercially aligned and in best interests of the client.
Our dispute resolution practice consists of:
- Mediation, Arbitration - representing clients before mediation forum and before arbitration forums conducted per local rules or international rules of arbitration.
- Representation before various courts – such as civil court, high court, KAT and such other tribunals on variety of commercial and real estate dispute matters.
- Representation before NCLT and its appellate forum on various financial and operational creditor driven winding up/liquidation matter initiated for recovery of debts/payments due.
